PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) effective May 10th, 2026 (“Effective Date”) is
made and entered into by and between Verabox LLC, a California company registered to do business in
California (“Seller”), and ______ Francis Ward/Ward Franklin V Service ___ an individual/company
(“Buyer”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”, with regard to the following facts and
circumstances:
WHEREAS Seller sells custom designed & engineered, meeting pods, and privacy pods, sold in a
pod kit form;
WHEREAS Seller agrees to sell pods to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase the same as of the
Effective Date which shall also be known as the order date.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the mutual covenants and promises contained herein,
the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Agreement to Sell and Purchase. Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase from
Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, those pods (“Pod” or “Pods” or “Pod
Kit”), namely the following quantity and types:
a. Quantity: 1
b. Model: Verabox Curve (Medium)__
c. Serial Number: N/A
d. Size: 20 Sq. Ft.- Medium (1)
e. Features:
i. to be included: __white exterior, steel exterior, LED overhead lighting, overhead
ventilation, acoustic fabric interior, electrical outlets for laptop, cell phone, etc., glass
door, cable pass through, 400-1000 lb weight (for 1 pod depending on the pod size)
ii. Service, replacement, and/or general customer service with Pods-related features may
not be available following actual delivery of the Pod as a result of ever-changing
technologies and features.
f. Production. Execution and delivery of this Agreement to Seller will result in production of
your Pod/Pod Kits matching your order and will begin the process of preparing and
coordinating your delivery.
2. Purchase Price. The purchase price for the Pod(s) is/are ___$4,500 (product) + $250 (customization)
= $4,750 total USD (“Purchase Price”), subject to adjustment costs pursuant to Sections 2(c),
payable, as specified below, in a lump-sum payment described in Section 2(a). This Purchase Price
includes shipping to delivery location, but does not include installation. Installation of each pod
should be done by a handyman team (at least 2 people), or can be done by customer, (but is
recommended with at least 2 people present, having an electric drill present, and some sort of
handywork/builder experience).
a. Lump-Sum Payment. Check here if purchase involves a lump-sum payment [ ]
Buyer agrees to pay to Seller the total Purchase Price plus all Adjusted Costs in one lump-sum
payment upon execution of this Agreement.
a (2). Installment Payment Plan. Check here if purchase involves an installment payment plan [ ]
Buyer agrees to pay the total Purchase Price and any applicable Adjusted Costs pursuant to
the following installment schedule:
